ORDERING

You can place your Seed Garlic or Bulk Culinary Garlic order several different ways:

  1. Our Online Garlic store (Open sometime in mid August)
  2. By phone 604-316-1933
  3. By email info@greatgarlic.ca
  4. Or drop in to order or purchase and take with you. If you are going to drop in, it is best to call first and make an appointment to make sure we are here.

The most efficient way to ensure you are placed in our priority queue, is to call or email and pre-order your garlic. Alternatively, you could leave us your email address by clicking on our newsletter sign up and we will email you with the date our online store will open.

If you are considering a large purchase of $500.00 or more, please call, text or email and we will discuss your needs, and consider the type, size and shipping cost of the order to provide you with our very best price.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Payment for your order can be made on our website securely by credit cards (follow the prompts on the checkout). You can also phone 604 316 1933 or email info@greatgarlic.ca to make other arrangements. We accept personal checks and e-transfers to info@greatgarlic.ca for orders. For your own security, do not email credit card info.

SHIPPING

  1. We charge a $15.00 Canada wide flat rate shipping fee on all orders up to $200.00.
  2. All orders over $300.00 will receive free shipping Canada wide.
  3. Shipping will be included on all quoted orders; pickup is free.

WHERE AND WHEN

We currently ship to Canadian addresses only via Canada Post. We will start shipping in early September on all orders and per-orders, and any orders received after September 1st will be shipped within one week from the order date. A tracking number will be provided.

INSPECTION

Upon receiving your order, it is important to open it and visually inspect it to confirm you that have received what you ordered, and there has been no damage in transit. It is also important to remove the garlic from the box and store them in a cool, dry environment in a container that allows for air circulation. Orders that have not been opened and inspected cannot be guaranteed as over time, like any vegetable or produce if left in a closed environment with no air flow, it can spoil or mold.
